Where will the Radiology Lobby Day at the Capitol be held?
Due to COVID-19, the 2021 Radiology Lobby Day will be held virtually via Zoom.
What's the schedule of events on our lobby day?
Please plan to join us from 9:30 a.m. until about 1:30 p.m. We will start with a brief organizational session by our lobbyist, James Pickral, before we start our Zoom meetings with legislators. Lara Knowles, Society Coordinator, will set up appointments with your legislators, where possible.
How should I prepare for our Lobby Day?

Why should I give up my morning to lobby?
As the saying goes, if you're in medicine, you're in politics. Members of the General Assembly need to hear from YOU, their constituents, about how the legislation they're considering will affect the practice of medicine. We need YOU to help educate legislators on the most pressing issues facing the profession of medicine. Speak up, get involved!
